Two Pizzas

Tonight's dinner was pizza. Previously I had just made the one between us but I like chilli on mine and it always finds its way on to Mary's side (and to be honest there was never enough for two). So tonight I made two.

They worked out well. I had a good feeling this week as the yeast seemed to kick off and the dough was nice and elastic. Mary's was cooked on the pizza tray with holes in it and that seemed to work a lot better than mines on just a flat tray.

... oh and a big thanks from Mary for all the get well wishes yesterday. She is feeling a lot better today .... well who wouldn't after a pizza like that ;-)
