Meet the Countess

This is 2-4-0T No 823 'Countess' having just arrived at Llanfair on the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway. Don't let the blue sky and sunshine fool you; it was a brief and welcome interlude between the showers and torrential rain. I suppose it's my own fault; who goes to Wales in August and expects sunshine?
