The garden has had a battering today, rain in torrents lashing down. From my point of view it was a blessing, I wasn't at all tempted to go outside and neglect the chores that really had to be done, and done today!

It's interesting which plants shrug off the rain and which go limp. This (a great tough thing about 6 feet tall) is surprisingly delicate.
