Dog-sitting

This is Coopers. She lives in London, near Muswell Hill. And we are here in her flat for the weekend looking after her whilst our daughter and her husband are away. Quite a responsibility, but we have detailed instructions about everything, so we may cope.  

We drove down this morning, for the first part of the journey in torrential rain. Poor visibility and surface water made for some scary driving. Then it all cleared up and we had sunshine for the rest of the day. Nice to sit in the newly, and professionally, flagged and planted garden. Now the rain has caught up with us - I thought it wasn't supposed to rain in London. 

PS The rain didn’t last long - now it’s sunny again. Will we have to water the garden? Risky putting us in charge of a newly planted garden!
