Potato Cakes

I had some potatoes that needed using up so I cooked them with some sweet potato and added salt, pepper, garlic and paprika then coated them in egg and breadcrumbs and cooked them in the oven. They were lovely, although not very healthy. Oh well, it’s the holidays :)
