Its been a long desk day. Caught up with technical cad work and some accounting stuff.
I had all the waterproof gear on for this quick evening march. It didn't rain and I was roasing in the wet weather kit.

I tried an experimental recipe with Hake tonight and I was at lengths to warn Mrs SJR it may not turn out at all. It got a pass, possibly thanks to the extremely fresh fish you can get from the shop on the Blar.

I should have taken a photo of it plated up. There was swirly pea puree at the side too.
