The Heavens Opened !

A view from my window. Thunder, lightning, strong winds and heavy showers this afternoon. Then the electricity went off in our area from 4-30pm until 8-15pm which meant that my plans for a blip catch up will carry on over the weekend. Although there is an emergency generator here to light up the corridors, I was worried about the food in my freezer.  Also I need to get a couple of good flashlights as candles set the fire alarms off, as well as making me cough. It's quite calm now at almost 10pm. Hopefully it will settle down over the weekend. I enhanced the colours in the flowerbeds.
