climbing out of the muck...

wife and i were prepared to visit the new gym today but, judging by my cough, one or two more rehab days are probably required. i did visit it earlier in the day (grand opening today) and they have set it up very nicely! besides the regular fare, the massage beds look awesome! exercise decadency!

looking forward to working out again...haven't participated since volunteering and visiting ny/nj during the sandy storm...yeah, two months!
