A day round Derwentwater

well ... a morning!

Dropped the car off at the garage first thing, and had a few hours until Deb's hair appointment, so we planned to have a little training run along the side of Derwentwater. (we have a 15Km trail race in a months time). Having run down the west shore we decided to continue round the rest of the Lake. 

We'll ache tomorrow!
