Celebrating 49 years of marriage!

A 10k flat run this morning which I really didn't fancy when I set off but enjoyed once I got going. One month to go till the GNR!!

We had trip out to Wales today and a stroll along the canal at Llangollen to the Horseshoe Falls, then back to the town for a giant pot of tea.

All that exercise and I was ready for dinner.
