Snookered ...

Met up with Martin for lunch in Lai Chi Kok today as he wanted me to check out a new Italian place. As he’d finished work for the day, and we’re in ‘holiday’ mode, we decided to look for something fun to do in the area.

Martin had heard that there were pool/snooker halls around, so we headed off to find some and thanks to Google located two or three.

We ended up at this place, a rather fancy snooker hall. Martin was thrilled.

He had two rounds and thoroughly enjoyed playing after ages. It took him one game to get back into the swing of it. Snooker tables are absolutely massive, compared to pool tables, which I am familiar with.

Anyway, it was fun to watch him play and I think he’ll be going back plenty. He got to use these super long cues too!
