Puffing along

We were undecided as to whether we would walk today as the weather forecast was decidedly iffy. However, our BnB owner persuaded as he reckoned that it wasn’t going to rain until 3pm according to the weather app he looked at. Well, we did walk and we got a soaking at 11am, it really fell down and we were nowhere near a bus stop at that time which was my get out clause. So we finished where I had intended at Torquay station having walked from Brixham and since Monday, we totted up over 60 miles in total. This is the private steam train that does the section between Paignton and Dartmouth. We arrived home before the next deluge of rain and wind arrived.
