Sunset, sunrise

Yesterday’s weather was beautiful in Queensland, 28 degrees and still 3 weeks before the official start of Spring. We went to our local pub for dinner and ate outside at sunset.

(meanwhile the southern states were suffering an Antartic blast of cold air and had very rare snowfalls!)

This morning a cloud front sat just beyond the horizon. And the sun had to climb just that bit higher to get over it. We have a third story apartment. The window of the roof garden stairs gives a view of the sunrise.
