broken and flowering

My friend and work colleague’s hand is broken after a stumble. Her help in the lab will be missed badly but we can always see each other after work and sit amongst her lovely flowers on her veranda.
We met up at her flat with some other friends bringing dinner and helping in the household with whatever needed.
Passed a lovely evening and we will take turns to check up on her.
