It was the longest day!

We went by cab to the new place - 6th floor and only 20 square meters! and in the 11th which is not my favorite area. And the place stank. And there was a transparent wall between the bathroom and the main (and only room) so if you wanted to use the washroom with the lights on, everyone could see your business! i called and said it was not going to work so we were told there was one last place, in the 2nd but it would only be free late at night. since there was no way we were going to stay there we agreed. they let us leave our bags there and so the day started. first we went to the Halles and had lunch, we walked around some, then we walked to the Latin quarter stopping by Notre Dame and St Michel.

We walked a lot then had dinner, then went back to yuky place to pick our luggage, then back to the new place. We were supposed to get pour keys after midnight and it was not even 11:00 so we had coffee then we just sat on a bench and waited. we were exhausted and I was really pissed off! I was really happy I'd bought a local sim card otherwise we would have spent a fortune on calls. Anyway, the new place was actually ok, so it ended up pretty well.
