Fete

We were up very early, as Lexi was dancing at a local school fete, and we had to meet the rest of the group at 9am....we weren't to sure where to go so left early.  Found it without any problems.

The dancing was gold, so funny, so cute.....after that we did most of the usual fete amusements - bouncy castle, zoo farm, chair-o-plane, face painting, fairy floss (first time ever, she didn't know what to do with it), Doug took her on the dodgem cars, next throwing fifty cents to land on a bar of chocolate .... you all get the picture I'm sure.  She had a blast.
We then went down to The Strand and had a beautiful lunch at one of the beach side restaurants. Ace.
Not surprisingly Lexi fell asleep on the way home, hence its been a little difficult to get her to bed tonight.....(nothing to do with the sugar intact, oh no!!)

Any rate, a great day for us all, we're all a bit jaded.

Tomorrow, we're in charge of little miss as Mum and Dad are off to work very early, like 6.30am (ish).

I'll report back tomorrow night.
