Meet the "GANG"

Who would have thought back in 1981 when we joined CND and a local peace group called GANG (Garforth Anti-Nuclear Group) that we would be having a bit of a reunion at our friend Bob's birthday party.
You couldn't hope to enjoy the company of a better bunch of people.
I also caught up on a spot of badge making nostalgia with old comrade Alistair from Leeds CND. He played his Ageing Hippies Against the Bomb and I played our Gardners for a Nuclear Free Fuchsia. Splendid.
By great dint of planning one party ended as another began less than 4 minutes away.
Happy birthday also to friend Faye. Lots and lots of lovely people gathered in the house that she and partner Lesley have recently built together. It's gorgeous.
We are so lucky to have such and amazing, interesting and talented bunch of friends.
