More Lebanese Food

Just  prepared, this is now cooling .It's a cooked sweet & sour aubergine salad ..Absolutely delicious and so easy to make plus it goes well with grilled cheese , meat , or simply by itself .I've a vegan grilling cheese so looking forward . Have already had a small glass of the red wine the  amazing BSR men bought for me . Superb ! A second is looked forward to. Still hot and humid today so ideal for getting things done indoors. May well go out after sun set .. Have a lovely Sunday .
