Back into the (5:2) diet...
Last August I weighed nearly 100kg, as my wife and I were watching an interesting documentary about fasting and living longer. A day later my wife and I were discussing it and talking about giving intermittent fasting a try (aka 5:2 diet)
Come the end of November I was weighing it around 85kg, but on the run up to Christmas I slipped off the wagon and due to the excesses of Christmas, I'm around 90kg at the moment.
Today is the first day back on the diet, so my lunch is around 300 calories.
