Day 1 - Coaching

We're went on this coaching course to fill in some blanks and understand the business side of setting up a coaching business.

Nice location next to the Langham Hotel, the lady with a gong signalled when we had to enter the room. Other than that or was a relatively normal, and very packed training session.

Nice enough people, not all my cup of tea but that's ok.
