Canning Production Line

We spent the largest part of this day in preparation and canning the bushel of tomatoes we got yesterday. My job was just to do the grunt work, and that's as it should be.  Missy Ann is the one who knows exactly when to do what.  She's patient and easy to work for.  It all turned out well and there are new pints of tomatoes already on the basement shelves.
