Didn’t get home last night until nearly 1am so I was sleeeeeeepy this morning. Sent an equally sleepy Matt off to work, and I headed for Swindon to meet Ma.

The weather was a bit dodgy but we went straight to Lydiard Park for a wander (and a cream tea). I finished my film in the beautiful walled garden in amongst sudden rain showers. My lens cap got a bit stuck here but I actually quite like it!

Went back to town in the afternoon, I put my film in and then got my ears pierced (feeling like I’m 12 again), opened birthday presents over a passionfruit lemonade, then went for some food. We waddled back to the station full of dinner and then headed our separate ways.
