another morning visitor

though this one is neither inside, nor harmless!  I went out thinking i'd snap a couple of pics of the sunrise and the peaceful river :)  Heard a big splash by the dock, big enough that I thought something had fallen in the river, rather than just a fish jumping.  I followed the bubbles and was alarmed to see it was actually an alligator...  ugh.  Even after 32 years of living in Florida, my heart nearly beats out of my chest with fear when I see one.

I'd much rather have another little chameleon greet me in the morning!
