Boomtown - going

This morning I had coffee with a friend (and another birthday present) and then - as a comparison with the blips of them arriving 3 days ago - I went up to the railway station in the rain to watch the Boomtowners leaving.  Four to six double-deckers at a time parked up there to disgorge endless streams of tired festival-goers.  This girl lugging her baggage up to the ticket office looked typically in need of a a long sleep and the brightly hatted guy in extras, just off one of the buses, ditto.

Apart from that an unremarkable but very peaceful day.  Hope your Monday's been a good one  xx
