Wind Stops Play

Well the wind came and stopped all manner of things! A 4 day festival cancelled at Newquay, National trust properties closed, and more personal to me The Garden House eve event cancelled and the field where Oscar plays closed!! So Oscars stay at respite also cancelled as no need for it as i was going nowhere!  In fact there was more wind than rain and although blowy nothing worse or as bad as we've had before! It wasn't that bad on the allotment in the morning, which was good as Greta died in the night and I had to bury her. Maybe I'm just getting used to high winds as they seem to happen a lot down here! These are my everlasting sweet peas in the wind!
