Dinner from Ziangs

Today was really enjoyable as we managed not to use the car at all . We walked from the cottage into Culbone where ate our picnic in the cool of the porch . Barry who lives in this remote spot was around so we spent some time chatting to him . The Lodge where he lives is needing some repairs but not easy to obtain workmen in such a location ( there are no roads into the valley only tracks ) .
As we walked back into Porlock Weir we caught a whiff of the Malaysian Street Food from Ziang,s so we decided to have an easy evening and sit by the little harbour and enjoy it! Absolutely delicious! They now have a Restaurant in Porlock itself too .
Today was the first day we could sit outside the cottage and enjoy the decking and it’s view. Rain returned this evening though.
