Comfort food

Another dull and dreary day here and my dad is over for tea, the last time before he flies home to Spain on Monday. He's quite fussy and I had no idea what to cook. I was going to go to Asda and do him Braised Steak, but really couldn't be arsed so did a quick check of what I'd got in the cupboards & fridge and tea was christened. I'm going to have mine with a couple of slices of bread and a crust cut into soldiers.
