Ferry Point

I had to go to Dingwall to replenish some of the supplies used up over Xmas. As it was the first decent weather day we've had for a while I decided to take advantage and take my camera down to Ferry Point. Here, the short tidal Dingwall Canal joins the Cromarty Firth. It was lovely and tranquil and the mud flats were covered in wading birds.
