50Mbps more like 0Mbps

Today i got Virgin Media's 50Mb service well i sort of did the guy arrived at 2 with the new modem for docsis 3.0(if you know what that is well done!) he plugged it in and it never worked. after an hour and a half of trying he gave up and passed it on to his second line support to call me back when they fixed it. now most of you out there would have thought i was mad for letting him leave but working in the industry there was nothing more he could have done other than drink my tea.

well i waited for an hour and i had no call so i called customer services and spoke with David. He had a look and saw something weird and after around half an hour of trying different things he fixed it(thank you david) so now i have my 50Mbps service and its awsome i have been downloading at 4.5 MBps all night and loving it!
