Apothecary7's day off.

We drove North to Tarbert and went for a walk there for a change. We walked along by the harbour, had a look in some shops, bought a little model boat made of bits and bobs, and walked out past the ferry slip and the pier to the end of the road. We sat there for a while and watched the ferry come back in from Portavadie. then we went back into the village and got sandwiches from the Deli (be warned, the food is lovely but the service is very very slow) to have as a picnic which we ate sitting looking over the harbour from the Marina side of the loch.
