Wanderings & Witterings

Three

Leading today's Ramblers walk from Stepps, through Cardowan Moss Local Nature Reserve to, and then around, Hogganfield Loch didn't give me much opportunity to take photos.

I did, however, manage a few of the swans that congregate at the north-western end of the loch as well as the ubiquitous gulls who hope to grab some of the scraps that people either feed the swans or themselves. It was this trio of gulls that made it onto my Blip journal for today.

A couple of brief and light showers, but otherwise dry. Twenty-five out today and everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves.
