Relaxed

Early start to get to the Cani Sport run. We have a few newbies today for a trail run and it was just bout cool enough to run the dogs. Humidity was high so Kilda struggled a bit. Had a nice run till I went over on my ankle on the second loop. Taping did its job but it was swollen by the afternoon. Came back and bottled some beer before putting ice on the ankle and processing some photos with it up on a chair. J went to York to meet up with an old school friend, so I headed into town to catch up with JD for a few beers. Had a good chat, Kilda make friends with the 2 couples sat next to us. Managed to miss the rain as well.
