It turned out to be a lovely sunny afternoon. The pots of geraniums and begonias in my garden have survived the recent storms remarkably well.

The extra is my 95 year old mother-in-law this afternoon after having her nails manicured. She was taken into hospital on 22nd June with Sepsis and pneumonia and was finally well enough to move to a Nursing Home 2 weeks ago for rehab. If all goes well, they told us today that she should be able to go home next week.
