Side Country Play Ground

Today Spencer and I went to Champagny-en-Vanoise for the first time this season, which is a resort in Paradiski. We had about 5 or 6 inches of fresh champagne powder and clear, blue skies all day. It never fails to shock me that the powder doesn't get tracked out in a matter of hours, but it never does! It seems that most people in the resorts stick to the groomers and moguls. This photo was taken around 2 in the afternoon, and as you can see we were still cutting fresh lines.
