Energy

The four year old and I went to the Engine Shed this morning and did a few experiments. Here are our hands generating energy. Good to see lots of children enjoying the various activities. Then we went to Toast for a bit of a re-fuel.

I'll be going to a couple of Community Council meetings later. Getting ready for the post-summer schedule of meetings.

I'm undecided about yoga as I have hurt my back. I might be better to visit the chiropractor. I've contacted my yoga teacher for advice. I've missed a few weeks over the summer and there are a few more Wednesdays I'll not make and it's so much harder to get going after a break.
