looking for breakfast

I watched this snail crawl along the floor then up this trough looking for something delicious for breakfast. It didn't touch the carrot plants but stripped the pepper!
The besties came today and brought lunch. Was great to see the 4 and as usual lots of chat and laughter. 
It has rained all day and is quite cold so I put the heating up for a few minutes to take the chill off the house. Just had a lovely cup o soup to warm me up as well!
