BUSTED MAC

After a couple of hours on the phone to Apple Support, I’m no further forward. The Mac started slowing right down last night, so today, I phoned Apple and asked for help. I spoke to two very helpful technicians and the second one left me reinstalling the operating system. Unfortunately, this has made no difference so, I think I’m going to have to wipe the drive completely. Job for tomorrow methinks!
