Had a good session with my business gateway advisor today - making realise I have actually made progress this month!
Then I had a good catch up with JL before meeting up with PD an ex-colleague for coffee.

Evening involved a great session with some meditations where I ended up explaining muscle testing again - the word is getting out !! (Yay!)
