Stanway House
Stanway house in the Cotswolds is still occupied, by the current owner the 13th earl of Wemyss ( pronounced Weems). It's a Jacobean Manor House owned by Tewkesbury Abbey for a few hundred years then the Tracy family and their descendants for the last 500 years. It is very lived in and slightly shabby but very interesting.
I went there today with friends.
The basket of flowers were on a window ledge.
Extra. They have installed the tallest gravity fed fountain in Europe, supposedly, but there's some problem at the moment and it was a bit intermittent.
