MESSING ABOUT ON THE RIVER

Evening on the Wear below Durham Cathedral.

Sister A2 and I went to a public lecture in Durham and walked back to the car along the river in the murky gathering gloom. We may have had tea and cake beforehand, and we may have decided to skip dinner and go straight to dessert this evening... who can tell?

We're off down south tomorrow morning for Mum's 91st birthday and I'm not taking a laptop so won't be blipping until I get back on Sunday. See you then! xxx
