Heart

Decided to take a look at the January Challenge. I've missed the first two days so have come in for today's challenge...ta da!! Heart!!

Today was a breakthrough for me too...was able to shower myself...such a big deal for me!! I also managed to cook tea tonight, albeit using my left hand a lot of the time but I'm so chuffed.

I ache now.
