Yup. It's over when Management says take the tree down.
There was a woman on Radio 2 said she wanted to take hers down on Boxing day but the family mutinied. For me Boxing day's far too early, hell they've only been up 2-3 days why bother to put 'em up at all at that rate?

Well, I didn't eat for over 36hrs, then missed breakfast, had a mug of turkey-based soup and a duck butty for lunch and STILL dare to trump, hadn't "been" by then, so risked a slice of toasted cheese at tea time.

Good example of how hard it is to lose weight ... Ate damall for at least 36hrs, resultant weight loss 2lb.

We don't do "modern" in decorations. The tree must have saved us and the environment stacks, I'd hate to guesstimate it's age. In the last couple of years we pensioned off a set of lights we bought in Whitehaven before we moved in 1978. And, when was the last time you saw Brass(?) decorations, or bought a set for £2.99?

My guess is I'll have put the 2lb back on tomorrow.
