My Toad In The Hole Was Even Edible

It’s certainly feeling autumnal today and even the trees are fooled into forgetting it’s still summer judging by their colours.

Dad’s sister has come for the afternoon and evening and a neighbour from the village who adopted my Mum and Dad as surrogate parents when she first moved here also came over for dinner. We had a lovely time and my toad in the hole was even edible...always a bonus!
