Blinking Dog

I think I prefer Jude pics when he blinks, seems more amused.
Here is is sporting a Korean Pagoda for a hat and framed by some Korean pines. 
Where is he? At the Korean War Memorial of course! A nice walk here and up the hill behind it for a view to the West.
