Yoga tonight at Tuppenny Barn. The theme was to focus on how our bodies are feeling. It was very good - some new positions I could manage and some I couldn’t!

Surrounding us as we did our practice were baskets of fresh organic fruit and veg! A basket of Discovery apples smelled and looked beautiful. Outside as I left, I passed this display of plants for sale. I love this place. Everything they sell is grown on site or very locally and it has a personality which is quite unique.
