Shopping In A Mo

Well the feeling good only lasted a few days as I woke up this morning gasping and coughing again
But I have told myself this will go 
The good times don't last
The bad times don't last
It's all in your head that the bad times last longer
So
I'm trying to carry on as normal( well as normal as I can)
I'm going shopping this morning
It's my washing slot in the laundry room at 3 so I'll go and do that
If my mind is occupied perhaps my body will liven it's self up
I do hope so
