A long day

today

I sat for 4 hours in a stuffy Dun Laoghaire hotel conference room listening to a talk related to my job. When the time came to break for lunch, I backed out slowly from the room and made a run for it (over the wall ha ha)

I got to Bray by 1pm for a swim but it started to lash rain. I had a quick dip then into work for 2pm for busy afternoon.

I am very tired now so thought a takeaway was in order. Hmmm. Crispy Duck in Plum Sauce
