Rainy Night (and day)

Just a quick snap out of the door - rain rain rain. Relaxing day walked to Garage and back got wet. Better today used stick.

Day 3 Shoulder
Behaving today just some aches - did without thinking (accidentally) pick up something heavy.
Tomorrow is injection day as I’m currently on 3000units per day - as of Tuesday I’ll be on 2000units per day.
