Once in a Lifetime!

Today 50 members of our choir, the St Magnus Festival Chorus, joined the Edinburgh Royal Choral Union to sing The Messiah in the Usher Hall .

It was amazing - to look out from the stage and see 2,200 faces is an incredible sight! Slightly terrifying, but very exciting and a terrific opportunity which we were so lucky to have been offered. During the interval the concert goers traditionally have a picnic lunch, which we joined in too, complete with a small glass of champagne! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and we had a fantastic sing! The Hallelujah Chorus went down particularly well! The adrenaline rush kept us going for hours!
