Back in the office

First day back in the office after Christmas and New Year break. I was actually supposed to be in the office yesterday but thanks to Scotrail not bothering to put any trains on from Falkirk High to Glasgow until 9.58 (apparently this is classed as a Sunday service - although on a Sunday there are trains which go earlier than this!) I didn't make it. Off course in true Scotrail fashion there was next to no advanced warning that there would be no trains until 9.58, no staff at the station at all to inform commuters of this useful snippet of information, no signs up to say what the timetable for the day would be. Nothing.

So great to find out today that I now get to pay an extra 3.9%, a total of £195.10, for the monthly 'privilege'.
